AMBULANCE CHASERS & SONS

ATTORNEYS AT LAW

Alexandria, Virginia · Woking, Surrey · The Hague (consulting)
Reginald Chaser, Founding Partner

Reginald Chaser

Founding Partner

Called to the Bar of England and Wales (2001). Admitted to the Virginia State Bar (2004). Admitted to the bars of 14 additional jurisdictions, most of which have since revised their admission procedures. Successfully argued that a Woking Magistrates' Court speeding offence could constitute an act of transnational terrorism. The Court called this argument "breathtaking in its audacity and wholly without legal foundation." Reginald had this framed.

Jeremy Forsythe, Senior Associate

Jeremy Forsythe

Senior Associate, Transnational Vehicular Law

Previously an associate at a reputable firm in Richmond, Virginia, where he was valued for his attention to detail and sound judgement. Neither quality survived his move to Ambulance Chasers & Sons. Jeremy was the primary drafter of the firm's brief asserting that 36mph constitutes "tactical kinetic warfare" under DoD Directive 4540.1. The Pentagon declined to comment. Jeremy took this as confirmation.

Sandra Nguyen, Of Counsel

Sandra Nguyen

Of Counsel, International Treaties & Conventions

Former legal advisor to a UN working group on the Convention on Road Traffic (1968). Joined the firm after identifying what she described as "a completely novel, entirely unprecedented, and frankly alarming interpretation of articles I spent six years drafting." Sandra now leads our international treaty practice. She has been asked to surrender her UN credentials on three separate occasions. She has declined, citing diplomatic immunity she does not possess.

Philip Hammersmith, Paralegal

Philip Hammersmith

Paralegal & Office Manager

Philip is not a qualified attorney. Philip completed a six-week online paralegal certificate from the University of Phoenix in 2019. Philip is, however, the only member of the firm who has ever successfully resolved a client's matter without making it worse. We are not entirely sure how he does this. Philip has submitted his resignation three times. Each time, Reginald has declined to acknowledge receipt.
