ATTORNEYS AT LAW

New Client Enquiries

All new client matters are assessed by our intake team, which consists of Philip, our paralegal, working from a clipboard in the stationery cupboard. Philip will ask you a series of questions to determine whether your matter falls within our areas of expertise. If it does not, Philip will explain that it does. If it does, Philip will look concerned.

To begin the process, please contact the relevant office below. We aim to respond to all enquiries within two working days, excluding days on which we are filing motions in federal court, which is most of them.

The Woking office is our newest location, opened in 2023 following the Pemberton-Smythe matter, which originated at the camera on Station Approach approximately forty metres from our front door. We consider this proximity to be strategic. Woking Magistrates' Court has since installed a photograph of Mr Chaser in its lobby with the instruction "Do not engage." We take this as brand recognition.

Availability By prior arrangement only

Our The Hague consulting arrangement exists to support our international treaty practice and to maintain a physical presence in the same city as the International Criminal Court. We wish to stress that this proximity is professional and not, as has been suggested by the ICC's Office of the Prosecutor, "concerning." Sandra Nguyen is the only member of the firm authorised to use this office. Philip has been told to stop giving out the address.

Before You Contact Us

Please consider the following before reaching out:

Directions

Alexandria Office

From Reagan National Airport: proceed south on the George Washington Memorial Parkway for approximately 3.5 miles. Exit onto Wythe Street. Our office is on the left, immediately adjacent to the federal courthouse. If you can see the courthouse, you have gone too far. If you can see the courthouse and a man in an orange jumpsuit being escorted by US Marshals, you are definitely in the right area.

Woking Office

From Woking railway station: exit the main entrance, turn left, and proceed approximately 100 metres along Station Approach. Our office is above the kebab shop, identifiable by the brass plaque and the smell of doner meat. If you reach the speed camera, you have gone too far. If you reach the speed camera and notice a 2019 Volkswagen Golf being photographed, please come upstairs immediately. We may have a new client.

The Hague

We prefer not to publish the address. Sandra will meet you at a location of her choosing. Please bring identification. Please do not bring a camera. The International Criminal Court has asked us to minimise our footprint in the neighbourhood and we are committed to being respectful guests.

Ambulance Chasers & Sons is not responsible for any escalation of charges, introduction of federal law enforcement, diplomatic incidents, or INTERPOL involvement arising from engagement of our services. By contacting this firm, you acknowledge that your matter may be treated with a level of seriousness disproportionate to its nature. Previous outcomes are not indicative of future results, in part because no two cases have ever followed a trajectory that could reasonably be described as "indicative" of anything. Philip, our paralegal, would like to remind prospective clients that paying the original fixed penalty notice remains an option.
