ATTORNEYS AT LAW
Founded in 2003, Ambulance Chasers & Sons has established itself as one of the most consequential law firms operating at the intersection of minor traffic infractions and international counterterrorism law.
Our founding principle is simple: no offence is too small to be taken seriously, and no jurisdictional boundary should stand between a client and the fullest possible application of the law. Where other firms see a speeding ticket, we see a potential violation of the 1968 UN Convention on Road Traffic. Where others see a parking dispute, we see an opportunity to engage the machinery of the United States Department of Justice.
Our work has been described by The Virginia Bar Association as "unprecedented." By INTERPOL as "deeply alarming." By Legal 500 as "not a category we currently rank." We take all of these as compliments.
Our signature achievement. On 5 January 2024, our client was detected travelling at 36mph in a 30mph zone on Station Approach, Woking, Surrey. By the time our firm concluded its representation, he had been named in a three-count federal indictment in the Eastern District of Virginia, charged with Conspiracy to Commit Acts of Transnational Vehicular Terrorism, Interstate Travel in Aid of Racketeering, and Conspiracy to Defraud the United States.
We are aware that lesser firms might have advised accepting the £100 fixed penalty notice. We did not consider this appropriate. The vehicle was travelling at twenty percent above the posted limit. This constituted, in our professional assessment, a willful exceeding of designated velocity parameters with potential implications for global transportation security protocols.
"They told me they could get my speeding ticket thrown out. Technically they were correct. It was thrown out by Woking Magistrates' Court when the Crown Prosecution Service withdrew it, citing 'the wholly disproportionate involvement of federal law enforcement.' I now have a file at the FBI instead."— D.W., Rotherham, on a list
