If your answers match the required answers, you are eligible for Stage 1 and we can begin. Clients who have been injured, or who already hold a settlement, are asked to contact our competitor relations desk, which will explain the conventional route with the patience the conventional route deserves.
Incident availability
Placement depends on availability. Our assessors maintain a national register of incidents with strong liability profiles, and each incident supports a limited number of clients. Current openings are listed below. Availability changes without notice and without changing.

INC-2026-0298 remains closed following the outcome at first instance. The appeal is a matter for the Hadrian Institute, Nuneaton, whose ceiling it was.
What happens after you apply
Within 28 days of your application, a Placement Confirmation Pack arrives by post. The pack contains your incident reference, your claim narrative, a summary of your injuries as they will be pleaded, and a card. The card is blank. Clients find that at some point during the journey the card becomes appropriate, and are grateful that it was sent early.

If we cannot place you within twelve months, we will refund your application fee in full and release you from the journey. In the history of the company, no client has been released. The Guarantee stands. We are content to wait.
