What the warranty covers: the dog. What it does not cover: the other dog.

How long the warranty lasts

The warranty runs for one year on dog SE and two years on dog and dog Pro. The dog Pro also receives a complimentary ‘good boy’ session, in which a representative says ‘good boy’ to the dog for up to fifteen minutes. The session does not include treats or toys. The session is the session.

The warranty begins on delivery. The dog does not begin on delivery. The dog has already begun. The dog has always been beginning. We have stopped asking when the dog began.

What the warranty covers

The dog, in its original configuration. The configuration is the dog’s. If the dog reconfigures itself, the new configuration is the dog’s and is covered, because the dog is covered, and the dog is the configuration.

What the warranty does not cover

  • The other dog.
  • Acts of God. Acts of squirrel. Acts of postman.
  • Chewing of unauthorised materials. Approved chew materials are: none.
  • Unauthorised rolling.
  • Opinions about furniture.
  • Ingestion of non-food items: socks, bees, tubs of Vaseline.
  • Damage from self-installed legs. If the installation looks like it was done by a professional, we will assume it was.
  • Emotional attachment. Emotional attachment is not a defect. Emotional attachment is the product working.

If your dog stops working

The dog does not stop working. The dog stops working when the dog stops. This is not a warranty event. This is a situation. We have a form for situations. The form is the support form. The form is this page.

If the dog is working, the warranty applies. If the warranty applies, the dog is working. The arrangement is complete. The arrangement is also the product.

Making a claim

Claims are made by knocking twice on the door between the carpet shop and the stairwell. The main doorbell is not connected to anything. We do not know what the main doorbell is connected to. The carpet shop knows. The carpet shop has never mentioned it. This is why the relationship is good.

For the full warranty text, exclusions, and the claims process, see the warranty information page. The warranty is the warranty. The warranty is in the warranty section.
