Companion Systems reports results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026

Companion Systems Ltd today reported results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. Revenue for the quarter was £612,000, of which £486,000 represents orders taken for delivery in Q3 2027 and £126,000 represents accessories, DogConnect membership, and one carpet.

“The quarter was strong. We took orders for dogs. The orders were taken. The dogs are scheduled. The schedule is the product.”

— Graham, Chief Executive Officer, Companion Systems

During the quarter, the DogConnect network grew from 1,204 to 2,847 dogs, and 1,036 Connectivity Dividends were delivered. The network performed as designed. The design is performing as planned. The plan is proceeding.

“We cannot comment on dogs we have not delivered,” said Graham. “We can confirm that we have taken orders for them. The orders are in the filing cabinet. The filing cabinet is full. This is why we have expanded into the room next door.”

Key figures for the quarter:

Orders taken for Q3 2027 delivery: 8,712. “This number is a responsibility,” said Graham. “We accept it. The dogs do not know about it yet. The dogs will find out.”

Dogs on the network: 2,847, up from 1,204 at 31 March. The network has never lost a dog.

Accessories sold: 4,113, including 2,006 Warmth Modules. “The Warmth Module is the most popular accessory,” said Graham. “It is £14.99 and it adds 2–3°C above ambient. The dog SE is very popular in households that are slightly too cold.”

One carpet: purchased by Graham at full retail price in the carpet shop below the office. “The carpet shop does not offer staff discount to us,” said Graham. “We respect that. We respect the carpet shop. We bought the carpet. The carpet is in the new room. The kettle is on the carpet.”
