Finding the door
The store is above the carpet shop. If you have come for the carpet, you have come to the right building. Go in. If you have come for the dogs, knock twice on the door between the carpet shop and the stairwell.
If you knock three times, the carpet shop will answer. Three times means carpet. Two times means dogs. We cannot change this. We have asked.
Getting here
The walk is flat. The final door is not.
Nuneaton railway station is eleven minutes’ walk from the store. The walk is flat. The final door is not.
By car, parking is available on Corporation Road between 9am and 5pm, and at all times in the car park behind the carpet shop. The carpet shop is aware we use it. We are above them. There is very little the carpet shop does not know.
We do not offer a virtual tour. The store is one room. The room contains a desk, a filing cabinet, and a dog. The dog is not part of the tour.

What the store can do for you.
Dog collection
Your dog is carried downstairs by the representative and handed over in the stairwell. The carpet shop does not require this. We do it because the alternative is handing the dog over on the carpet, and the carpet shop has opinions about dogs on carpet. We agree with the carpet shop. It is a good policy. The carpet shop is not our only tenant. We are the only one with a dog. The carpet shop is aware.
Gift wrapping
The box is already a box. If you insist, we will add a ribbon. The ribbon is not the dog’s.
Workshops
We run free workshops on the first floor. Sessions include Getting to Know Your Dog’s Bark and The Additional Leg: What to Expect. See the full schedule. Seating is limited to four. The room is one room.

The dog is only available from Companion Systems, above the carpet shop, and online.
Three retailers have approached us. The first wanted to sell the dog SE without its legs, to save shelf space. The second wanted to rename dog Pro ‘Pro Dog’, on the grounds that it scanned better. The third asked whether the dogs arrived pre-barked. We declined all three. The third question was the most reasonable, and we declined it hardest.
If you see a dog for sale somewhere else, it is either not our dog, or it is our dog and the retailer has not told us. In either case, the dog will be collected.

Can I visit the carpet shop?
Yes. It is a carpet shop. It is open. We recommend it. We have a good relationship with the carpet shop. They are below us. They can hear everything. They have never mentioned it. This is why the relationship is good.
Is the store accessible?
The store is above the carpet shop. The stairwell has fourteen steps. We are working on this. The staircase is not. Read our accessibility statement.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Your dog is welcome on the stairs, in the stairwell, and in the store. Your dog is not welcome on the carpet. Your dog will understand. Our dogs do.
