dogOS ships with every dog, on every model, at no additional cost. There is no premium version of dogOS. The dog Pro is not a premium version of dogOS. The dog Pro is a premium version of the dog. The distinction matters, and it is the entire product.

Sleep Architecture

Sixteen hours a day. The dog is not idle. The dog is in standby. Standby uses no power. The dog uses food. The dog has one of the most efficient standby systems in the industry. The industry is dogs.

Bark Scheduler

dog SE: one bark per day. The time is non-configurable. dog Pro: full vocalisation suite, or Quiet Mode. The schedule is enforced. The dog has opinions about the schedule. The schedule is enforced.

Fetch API

Fetch is a service, not a command. dog SE: not included. dog: Fetch Capability Pack. dog Pro: included. Retrieval at 31 metres is not supported. The dog knows this. The dog has known this since before the specification.

Multi-Dog Mesh

DogConnect. Network IDs are broadcast continuously. Connections form autonomously. The mesh is the network. The network is the mesh. The mesh compounds.

Memory Management

The dog remembers the postman. The dog forgets the command you taught it. Memory is selective. Selection is the dog’s. We have not found a setting for this. We have looked. The settings are in the dog.

Updates

There is no download. Updates are delivered by life. The dog is the update. The dog does not support rollback. The dog is a final release.
