I understand that Crestbridge does not manage investments, provide tax advice, or engage legal counsel, and that the value of the service lies elsewhere.

I understand that my ayi's principal duties include arriving on time, sitting at the desk, maintaining a professional presence, and Solitaire.

I understand that the product is, at its core, a sentence I will be able to say at dinner parties, and that this is what I am paying for.

I confirm that I do not, in any meaningful sense, need a family office. Nobody does.

I agree not to ask my ayi, via any channel, what she is doing. She is maintaining my professional presence. That is what she is doing.

I understand that Changsha is in Hunan Province, central China, that it is a UNESCO City of Media Arts, and that it is not near Shanghai. I will not pretend otherwise.

A note on what you are not agreeing to: you are not agreeing to visit, to learn Mandarin, to speak to your ayi, to receive returns on capital (there is no capital), or to ever set foot in the city. You are agreeing to be billed annually, to receive photographs on a schedule determined by your tier, and to be able to say the sentence. That is the entirety of the arrangement.
