Particulars

The subject posted a photograph of himself shirtless at sunrise with the caption 'just keep showing up'. The physique shown was genuine. The showing-up was genuine. What was omitted was fourteen months of structured preparation, a coach, and a girlfriend who did the food scales. The omission was not alleged to be illegal. The Act provides that it is. This is the part of the Act the drafting committee argued about, and the part they kept.

The post reached 40,000 accounts. A sampling of the comments found 212 uses of the word 'effortless'. The Office has sampled the comments itself so that nobody else has to.

Notification history

The subject is required to notify changes of circumstance within three days. The history below is the complete record of what the Office was told, when it was told, and what the Office found out anyway.

June 2025

Registered at initial notification interview. The subject apologised throughout, including to the door.

Conditions
Panel assessment
Low. The subject has complied fully, and the notification requirement has been, in his words, 'a reset'. The Office has recorded this as rehabilitation. His friends have stopped inviting him to things, which the Office has recorded separately, as an effect of the Register, and then deleted, and then re-entered, because the file is a complete record.
Disclosure log

The Register is public. The Office does not control what is done with an entry and does not record everything that is done with an entry. The log below is the portion that came back.

Final note

The subject's girlfriend provided much of the evidence. She was thanked. The thanks is in the file. She has seen the thanks. She says it is not the same as being right.
